2. Scope and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our services and communication with us.

2.1. Contact Form and Inquiries

If you contact us (via the web or e-mail), we process:

  • Identification and contact details: Name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.
  • Message content: Information you provide to us as part of your inquiry.

Purpose and legal basis for processing:

  • Pre-contractual negotiations: Processing is necessary to handle your inquiry and take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest: For general inquiries, we process data based on our legitimate interest in effective communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.2. Cookies and Web Analysis

When you visit our website, we may use cookies.

  • Technical cookies: Necessary for the website's functionality (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • Analytical/Marketing cookies: For improving our services and analyzing traffic. We store these cookies only based on your consent given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google Analytics 4:
We use the Google Analytics 4 service (Google LLC), which anonymously analyzes data about website usage so we can optimize its content.

2.3. Scheduling a Meeting (Calendly)

We use Calendly to schedule meetings. If you use it, your data (name, e-mail) is processed by Calendly LLC, which in this case acts as a Data Processor for the purpose of organizing the meeting.

3. Data Retention Period

We retain data only for the necessary period:

  • Inquiries: For the duration of the communication and subsequently for 1 year in case of follow-up questions, if no contract is concluded.
  • Contracts: For the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to legal deadlines (e.g., archiving of invoices for 10 years).
  • Cookies: For the duration of the consent or until it is revoked.

4. Data Recipients and International Transfers

We do not transfer your data to third parties, with the exception of verified suppliers:

  • IT and hosting providers: To ensure the operation of the website and e-mails.
  • Analytics and marketing: Google LLC (Google Analytics).
  • Booking systems: Calendly LLC.
  • State authorities: If required by law.

Data Transfers outside the EU (USA):

Google LLC and Calendly LLC are based in the USA. Data transfers are carried out in accordance with the GDPR, primarily on the basis of an adequacy decision (the Data Privacy Framework), or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your data.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent for processing (e.g., for cookies).
  • Request data portability.

6. Data Security

We apply modern security measures. Communication on the website is encrypted using the SSL/TLS (HTTPS) protocol and access to data is restricted to authorized persons only.
